⁵ For even the doe in the field has given birth only to forsake her young
Because there is ^(A)no grass.
⁶ The ^(B)wild donkeys stand on the bare heights;
They pant for air like jackals;
Their eyes fail
For there is ^(C)no vegetation.
⁷ Although our ^(D)iniquities answer against us,
O Yahweh, act ^(E)for Your name’s sake!
Truly our ^(F)acts of faithlessness have been many;
We have ^(G)sinned against You.
